I wish I could give Columbia Heating and Cooling more stars! I called them after having struggled with my malfunctioning furnace. I left a message late one evening that was returned promptly at 8:02am the following morning. They set up a service appointment for the next day to have a technician come to diagnose and fix the issue. Greg came at the scheduled time and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He attributed the issue to a faulty pilot within a few minutes. Unfortunately, he did not have the part with him but was able to come back the very next day to install. The installation was quick and the price very competitive. My furnace has now been working perfectly for a several weeks and I would definitely recommend Columbia Heating and Cooling to any of my family and friends. Thank you!
