We love the whole team at Columbia. We have had them install full systems at our home and at two rental properties we own. They show up on time, do great work and their pricing is very good. They even fixed a furnace that another company installed at one of our rentals. The other installer made many promises to come back and fix this furnace but never showed up. I called Columbia and they came out right away, fixed the furnace ( a fan was installed backwards) and didn’t charge us a thing. They were able to “warrantee” the work since it was a brand they also install. They answer the phone, they show up when they say they will. They do great work for a fair price. What more can you ask for?
