My gas furnace was leaking and had to be shut down. After I contacted them they scheduled a visit the next AM. After the site visit I received a competitive bid later in the day. After comparing it to the other bids I accepted it. I was connected quickly and was able to have new furnace and AC installed the following day. All my interactions both in person and over the phone were friendly and professional. I would rate my experience as a 10 of 10.

I had Neil from Columbia Heating and Cooling and do a check in our system. He was very professional, did not upsell us and answered all our questions. Neil did a great job and was quick to get everything done but was very detailed.

We love the whole team at Columbia. We have had them install full systems at our home and at two rental properties we own. They show up on time, do great work and their pricing is very good. They even fixed a furnace that another company installed at one of our rentals. The other installer made many promises to come back and fix this furnace but never showed up. I called Columbia and they came out right away, fixed the furnace ( a fan was installed backwards) and didn't charge us a thing. They were able to "warrantee" the work since it was a brand they also install. They answer the phone, they show up when they say they will. They do great work for a fair price. What more can you ask for?

Travis and the team did a great job. Price was fair, work completed on time and as promised. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly, given the hot weather that was appreciated. All in all a very good experience. I would recommend Columbia to anyone who needs HVAC services.
